How much does a re-side cost?+
It depends on the material, the size and complexity of the home, and how much sheathing repair turns up once the old siding is off — so we don't quote a number sight unseen. Each material page shows a relative cost tier ($ to $$$) to help you compare options, and a site visit gets you an exact written price, free.
How long does a full re-side take?+
A typical single-family home runs one to two weeks depending on the material, the number of storeys, and how much sheathing repair we find once the old siding is off. We give you a schedule with the quote.
Do you repair rot and sheathing damage you find?+
We inspect the sheathing and water-resistive barrier once the old siding is off and show you anything that needs attention. Repairs are quoted separately so you see exactly what you're paying for.
